- What does it cost?
- That depends on the size of your document set, the number of departments with different permissions and what is already in place on your side. After the exploration you get a fixed price for the proof of concept, and not before. Giving an estimate before I know where your documents are and how permissions are arranged would be guesswork.
- How long does it take?
- That depends on the size of your document set and on the pace at which you arrange access and decisions. After the exploration you name the date by which the proof of concept has to be ready, and then we say how realistic that is. Naming a period before I know where your documents are would be the same as naming a price: guesswork.
- Do you work remotely?
- Yes. Most of the work happens remotely, and that works well as long as there is a fixed point of contact on your side. For the start of a phase, for working sessions with users and for board meetings I come by. A demo on site can be done without internet, on a laptop.
- Which document sources can we use?
- SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Outlook, plus files and systems inside your own network. In the offline variant those are your files, your mail and your systems, with no outbound connection. Which sources make sense in your case is part of the exploration: not everything that is technically possible belongs in there. Email needs the most care, because of confidentiality, retention periods and selection.
- Do you provide training?
- Yes, but not as a separate course. Knowledge transfer is part of the engagement: your people work alongside and take over management. An organisation that stays dependent on me after delivery is not a well delivered project.
